This shared services offering of the MRESC enables school districts, municipalities, county governments and public higher education institutions a cost effective financial advisory to structure and bid lease purchase transactions of essential use equipment and projects. For financial institutions and lessors, this site serves as a source for credit information, for potential relationships and an information exchange to easily access what rates are being bid for tax-exempt lease purchases in New Jersey.
